The engine was damaged during shipping. Your Mechanic did not file a claim when it was delivered. Your should blame Central Transport for this not our sales team.

Purchased a motor for my civix. They said it was a direct replacement motor. It was not a direct replacement motor. So not only were they false advertising, they are also refusing to exchange or refund. Not professionals at all. I understand mistakes are made, but refusing to make it right is unacceptable!~
Best service. I asked called wasn't sure if this engine could fit my prius. Well not a problem when you're dealing with Russell or Jake over the course of 3 days coordinating my mechanic to pick uo the engine while I'm at work. The guys are accurate (i tested them) they passed with flying colors. So in the end smooth transaction and basically a new engine with low miles! My car is going to last. Thank you guys.

**SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!** They advertise their motors as direct replacements but they are not! Shady buisness practices. They wont exchange or refund.
