Placed a order a week ago ..can not get on web site to track package that said 2-3 business days .Finally emailed and received email back stating that they found my order and there is no stock available and will refund me in 2-10 business days! I was wanting to wear this t-shirt for a concert in 4 days. It took me to inquire before they even looked!

Ive been trying to get ahold of this company for weeks about an issue I have with shipping. They responded at first (someone named Mike) and he wouldnt answer my questions at all. I paid for 2 day shipping and they took over a month to even ship the shirts I bought ($12.75 shipping price) and when I asked them for a refund on this price they told me that its not unusual for shipping regardless of the rate to take over 15 business days to ship out. I asked for them to direct me to this disclaimer and they closed the chat. I asked them for this disclaimer again and they repeated themselves over and over without answering where the disclaim could be found on their site. Ive now emailed them 5 times asking for help (over the course of weeks) and theyve yet to respond since. Will not buy from here anymore Id rather get stuff from a company that pretends to care about their customers

Pre-ordered Weezer's new album Pacific Daydream from them, the package was supposed to arrive on October 27th when the album came out, as of this writing it is November 5th and I still have not received it. They sent out a digital download code and a lame "problem at the plant" excuse and basically told us you will get your products when we feel like getting around to it. Wish I could do 0 stars.
