Had a chip in my window and spoke to them over the phone, lady was very nice and told me due to the nature of it that it would be best to have the guys at the store look at it. Well, I drove there and waited in the lobby while the three people behind the desk were all on the phone with someone. A girl with blue hair and a guy with dark hair and a beard were talking with each other back and forth in a very rude and unwelcoming way and were also talking to customers on the phone in an extremely rude and unprofessional way. After about 5 minutes of standing there in front of them I was finally told that they'll be with me "shortly." Well that didn't happen. The girl with blue hair finally got off the phone but instead of helping me she walked right past me without saying a single thing and went to the managers office for something from him and went right back to the desk to talk to a customer on the phone. During this time I felt unwelcome and while waiting googled how far away Satellite was and eventually just walked out. Was willing to give my business to a local company but instead the 2 extremely unprofessional receptionists caused me to go elsewhere. I can't speak for the slightly older lady on the far right as she was on the phone too but was actually treating her caller with respect to get their situation solved.
Don't let family-friendly commercial fool you. Tried in one day to set up an appointment for windshield replacement. Two no answers, two put on hold with such a long wait that it went to voicemail. Left a voicemail with no return call.
Pulled into Mark's mobile glass to get estimate on chip on windshield no place to park, so I pulled in front of garage little snot nose kid says you can't park there so I ask h where I could park he say "You can park it in the street for I care. So already thinking yeah just another business that could care less about you. So I pulled behind some other parked cars went inside to get someone to look at the windshield. A chip about the size of a quarter with no spider cracks. Got in line when I her the girl behind the desk trying to find someone to help her. See is saying she has no idea what she is doing and doesn't know what to do. A lady in front of me turned around and says I've been here all day. So I just left. So my very short experience with Mark's mobile glass was not good and I will never consider them for any future glass replacement or repair. Just so unprofessional and unpleasant it's just not worth it.
