Hello Lucas! I see that you have had your car for almost 2 years; the contract has not changed. Did your sales person not go over your installment contract, which is what they must disclose to you at the time of purchase. Did you come back to the store an attempt to refinance? I do not see any record of your attempt. Also when you purchase a vehicle there is a finance charge (as you are aware) and depending on the bank financing rate that reflects on your total payment for the vehicle.

Bought a car 18 months ago, around 7 grand sticker price for a decent shape 2012. Good deal right? Brandon even said in about a year I'll be able to refinance and lower my 385 dollar a month payment. That 7 grand turned into 14 grand after financing fees interest and whatever else shady business was being conducted. I won't be able to get from this contract for at least another year of ridiculous payments, completely different picture than what was painted a year and a half ago. Do anything else before you consider this place, it is evil and will trap you

When speaking to someone about my purchase I was told cars are sold as is. Understandable. However, I have outright bought at least 5 vehicles in my lifetime and never had to replace all tires within 48 hours of bringing it home. I bought 2 cars at once. Initially they wanted $11k for one and $7k for the other. I spoke about a cash price and magically the $11k went to $7.8k and the $7k to $3k. Both of them needed brakes, tires, oil changes. Thr cheaper of the 2 broke down because I was given 1 key that is not a fob and the alarm went off everytime I got in because there is no way to turn it off. I got one title a month later and the other title took 7 months!! Then I get attitude and smart mouth sales men telling me its been there 6 months and I should have come in (I did twice and was told I would be called) Then says cars under 5k are considered junk pretty much despite it started out at 7k. NEVER BUY FROM HERE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not even an ounce of empathy. It's pathetic
