I wish I could them a zero star because the sales rep are unprofessional. They don't return calls nor do they give real and up to date information about there property. I like the houses but they sale rep's are sorry and they all should be replaced.

We were there yesterday, our appointment was June 13, 2020 at 1:30Pm at North Hills, Waldorf. The Property Manager never even greeted us. She just looked at us and we manage to tour inside the house by ourselves. We don't feel welcome at all. When we got questions, she answered it like always close ended. She never explain anything. It seems like she doesn't wanna talk to us and it feels like we are such a disturbance on whatever she's doing on her laptop. She is not accommodating and I think she doesn't care if she sell a house or not. 2 other families walk out, too. We didn't get her name as she didn't really welcomed us. To be honest, house is very nice and spacious, well designed and good location, however, unprofessional service leads us to look for some other property. We ended up buying at Ryan Homes, Property Manager there explains everything.

My husband and I cannot begin to say how blessed we are to be working with Tashia Mark-Moye Sales Consultant and Joe Guarity On-Site building Consultant at Stanley Martin Homes, North Hills, Waldorf Maryland. The team was amazing and went out of their way to assist my husband and I through the buying and building process. They answered emails, text and phone calls on any questions or concerns we had in a timely manner. We never felt forced or pressured into making decisions, but were always encouraged to make decisions about our home that we would enjoy. Tashia and Joe are a great team always making sure we were satisfied with the service we were receiving. They went beyond with giving guidance, answering questions, and just making the buying and building process stress free and exciting. I highly recommend you stop by Stanley Martin Homes, North Hill and visit the team Tashia and Joe. You will not be disappointed with your decision!
