Came in determined to spend ~500 on a winter jacket. Was rudely told off by staff that I wasn't "allowed in" the fitting room because it was only for skiwear customers (there was nobody in). Went out in 5 minutes and went straight for a competing store without this ridiculous policy.

Online service - Poor service and dont care about sustainability. Bought a pair of walking boots and a few days later these had been reduced. Whilst these were still available in my size, they refused to price match and advised I had to return the other ones and purchase the lower priced item. Not great for customer service or sustainability. More packaging and posting required when all they needed to do was refund the difference. Very poor customer service, poor ethics and wont be using this company again.
