River was good, but overall experience with the company lacking. From the time we checked in, to the time we loaded in a raft was almost 2 hours. Too long. Also, the group size was WAY too large. Our group must have been at least 20 rafts and ~100 people. Was very crowded trying to navigate the rapids with boats that close. Also had to wait nearly an hour at one of our stopping points for just one (of 20) slower raft. A five hour float seemed like it should have been about three.

Hi Neeraj, Thank you for your feedback. Helmets are not required on Class I, II, and III rafting trips but as our website states, we do have them available (free of charge) for those guests that request them. All trips on the Lehigh River are guide assisted not guide in raft. In the future, you may be more comfortable taking a whitewater rafting trip where the guides are directly in the raft with you.

Very poor experience, only 3 guides for a group of 50. They didnt even provide helmets for level 3 rafting . We fell in the water but no guide is there to save us

Well run whitewater rafting trip. We did the family trip, class 1 & 2. Guides did a really great job. We had a couple of people that were nervous and they did a good job reassuring them. Only reason not a 5, we had a 3:00 trip time and had to wait approximately 20 minutes after that time before they started briefing Us and got us on the buses. Other than that was an excellent experience.

Have done both the family and dam release trips. Family tour is very easy and great with kids. Highly recommend the dam release!

Having great time with family and friends. The staffs very helpful and friendly. (Not the lunch time staff) My kids had wonderful time here besides the lunch time! ! Just so Terrible! There are 2 tables had ladies to serving hot dog, chips and apples. So we dont need to wait for the long line. There are another table for serving by yourself for the sauce and pasta salads and drinks (water and lemonade)The salads always empty, my kids didnt have chance to get some. After got all the food, we just sitting down, the staff said so loud: 5 more minutes we got to go, lets finish it so, we finished so fast and want get more chip before we leave, BUT, how rude, the lady told us we cant get more food, those food save for the next group!! the staff just said we need to finish in 5 mins, he doesnt mention us we cant get more food in 5 mins)! From eating the food and want to try to get more food only in 5 mins or less 5 mins, they wont let us get more food!! My kids just got the bun without the meat. They so hungry 午飯時間這個超壞我的小孩拿了一條熱狗麵包一包薯片沒拿水果坐下來吃完想要再去拿的時候已經不給了只可以在規定幾分鐘內拿完我去問了說小孩子還是餓怎麼說他們也不給我可是當初領隊的是這樣說的5 more minutes we got to go! Lets finish it! 他說這段話的時候我只是剛剛拿了熱狗剛剛坐下來我們還以為還有5分鐘吃立刻快點吃了再去拿已經不給了所以他們就是表達不清楚也不想再給我們所以去的時候一定要叫他多拿幾根熱狗
