I have been a costumer here for at least 8 years. They sell a great range of products and it is probably the best salon locally. Most times I have highlights and a haircut. Sometimes the result is great and sometimes not so good, like most hairdressers. Depending on which hairdresser you get your experience will feel different every time. I really believe in supporting local businesses and have no intention of changing salons.

A bit pricey but well worth it Always have a really good cut and as I have short hair this makes it very noticeable.

This salon is really disappointing. I got charged 112 for a massage (that the woman talked all the way through) and a haircut. I was just allocated the most expensive hairdresser without being asked if this was OK. I liked him, but having paid the price for him, my (very simple - certainly not requiring the most expensive stylist) haircut was used to train a junior stylist. Finally, I had also booked in for a tint only to be told that I could no longer have this as they were 'fully booked' - couldn't you have mentioned that on the phone, along with the price of the haircut and the fact that training would be taking place during it? I should have also been asked if this was OK during the haircut. I felt really cheated by this place and will not be returning. The tint I got from over the road at Xpressions was great. Go there instead.
