Hey Kayman, thanks for your review, sorry you were left unsatisfied on your last visit. Unfortunately there isn't much we can do about window shoppers, but that is a reality for any business. We try to give every customer assistance no matter if they are eligible to buy guns in this state or not. I am sorry if you had an experience with this that got in the way of you being able to shop comfortably though, it does get busy and I completely understand the frustration. As for your sentiment regarding ammo, we are still focused on ammo above all else but there is a huge shortage in the industry that has not allowed us to carry the selection we have in the past. If we could we absolutely would, but it is just not available. We are carrying every variant and caliber we possibly can but until the industry normalizes our shelves will continue to be more bare than they were pre-covid. We do ask for your patience as there isn't much we can do about supply other than work daily to source ammo and wait for manufacturers to catch up. I do appreciate your continued business, barring any further craziness we are all hoping the industry will normalize soon!

I miss when they focused on ammo. The rest was kinda a bonus. Now they want to be a FULL gun store. Which is fine i guess, theres a lot of other gun stores i'd rather go that have less 'window shoppers' from california there.
After all this craziness is over, the gun community needs to remember the places that gouged the hell out of ammo prices, especially when we needed it the most, SHAME on Ventura Munitions. Furthermore, though I've gone in several times, and the staff has been helpful, I've also experienced unnecessary rudeness from the staff. No longer recommend.
