Have attended a and e dept twice recently.The service I received from the doctors and nursing staff was fantastic on both occasions and the staff are a credit to the NHS.

Although not completely the hospitals fault but it is damn near impossible to get through to a ward, a good 10 times I have been trying only to either be cut off or have to listen to music amd then having to hang up as been waiting over 30 mins! Not good, not good at all when you are worried about a loved one in hospital!
