Hi K I am truly sorry we offended you with our prices. We believe in quality and charge accordingly. We feel our rates are inline with other high end studios in the US. We also believe every tattoo is important not to mention permanent. We are happy to locate a tattoo artist who will do an OK job for you at a discount however we wont be able to guarantee that it will be good. We stand by the old adage Good tattoos arent cheap, and cheap tattoos arent good
Unfortunately those photos are still on google from 2007. We haven't carried jewelry in 12 years. We give Kymberli a 1 star review for being ignorant. As for our front desk seeming "bothered" its awfully hard to convey a smile while saying Sorry we dont sell jewelry behind a medical mask. I personally feel that last remark about the front desk was an add on as hyperbole to warrant a 1 star review over us not selling jewelry. One star Kymberi? Normally I try and fix these miscommunications but this is beyond stupidity.

Went in asked for a nose ring i was told they dont sell jewelry but in the pictures it clearly has body jewelry and nose rings plus the red head seemed bothered that i even asked sorry if i ruined 2 seconds of your time.
I would recommend Kustom Thrills to anyone looking for talented artists. It's a great atmosphere and the prices are reasonable. Matthew Monroe did an amazing job for me and my friends and we couldn't be happier with our tattoos.
Matthew, you are correct. This is not the right way to go about business. I am deeply sympathetic for you, and very upset that my staff has let you down. I have personally made the necessary corrections so this will not happen again with cancellation policies in place. I personally apologize for the actions of my staff and wish to make it right. Made an appointment to get my tattoo a week ago. 45 minutes before my appointment on Sunday my friend texted me saying her tattoo had been cancelled. Waited 15 to see if I would get a call or if mine would be cancelled. Ended up calling 30 minutes before I was supposed to show up and was told all the artists had called in sick. The tattoos look amazing but the fact I was not given a call about the appointment being cancelled 30 minutes prior echoes poor customer service.
