Not good. Sold us a house that he overpriced and would not come down on at all and got mad when i tried to negotiate. Had a horrible electrician come to my house that made a mess and used my trash cans to throw his stuff away. I came home and my lights didn't work in my house and i work from home so i needed them on. I called Bruce he came to my house so angry at us, because we did something wrong? NO YOUR GUYS SUCK THAT YOU HIRE. His electrician came back and fixed it as the wiring was backwards which my fiance told him it was and the guy said oh yeah it is..right, but never came to finish the outside like he was suppose to. He tied old wiring in with new wiring as well. The electrician told me that is what Bruce told him to do, real nice. Bruce slammed my door when he left which shook my house and when he came back in my dogs went crazy because he was acting like a mad man. My fiance saw how his electrician hid old wiring and also ripped out the water meter wire so Kent County was estimating my bill because of it. Now my lights and some outlets do not work in my house because the electrician is horrible. If he says he has a guy, do not let him give you that guy. He had painters come to paint my deck because of FHA guidelines and they couldn't move my grill, so they decided to paint the wheels. I wouldn't let him have his guys come in attic and fix the rafter because i was scared of what they might do. My landlord did the work downstairs which came out fine. Needless to say i was renting this house for 3-4 years and Bruce wouldn't even listen when I asked for 1500 off the selling price because he gave me the top asking price for the house. Bruce is all about himself and his money and he does not care about anyone but himself and will screw anyone for a dollar. Never would i recommend him after what he put me through. He acts nice to your face and then turns into a nut job. How he made it this far I am not sure. He is not a nice person at all and never even apologized for storming in my house acting like a 2 year old then peeling out on my street! My fiance told him would you let someone do this to your house and he got even angrier. He is nuts. Stay far away, he will seem nice at first then turn on you. Everyone that encountered him could see right through him! My house was in better shape before he had his people come out and touch it!

Bruce Lane is the realtor I trust and depend upon for buying and selling properties; I recommend him highly. Over the years he has become the go-to realtor for my extended family, managing our purchasing and selling of homes and investment property. We depend on his professionalism, the energy and attention to detail he brings to the project, and the subcontractors who work for him for example, taking care of cleaning out forty years worth of stuff in a storage garage prior to sale of my rental property. His plumber quickly and economically took care of a pipe replacement there.

Bruce was a tremendous help to my wife and I while buying our first home. He took the time to take us on numerous showings and educated us through the offer process. After finding our dream home and putting in our offer, he fought tooth and nail for the builder to take our bid. Bruce stuck with us even after the purchase to make sure the builder tied up all of the loose ends. He always made himself available, night or day, and always picked up the phone. His sense of humor made the home buying process fun for us, we certainly shared plenty of laughs. The night of our closing, our cat got out of the carrier, I wandered down my attorneys office hallway to find our cat in Bruces arms. Even our cat loves this guy.

Bruce handled the sale of my parents home. It needed a significant amount of work that was a little intimidating for our family at first. Bruce made it easy. He was calm, patient and highly competent. He arranged for quotes for various vendors for cleaning, junk removal, and repairs both small and large. He is honest, responsive and reliable.
