I went into the shop to print & fax some documents. The guys at this shop are totally nice, patient, & helpful. This is why I enjoy going to smaller scale stores that give you that human-to-human contact. Great customer service.

I had a wonderful meeting with a sales rep at the office to discuss what I needed and she said shed prepare a quote and email it to me... that was in August! Each week since then Ive continued to follow up asking for my quote, and each week she responds telling me shes get me that quote that day. I followed up AGAIN on Sept 30 and she replied Oct 2 saying she had the quote and would email it to me. Its oct 14 and I havent heard from anyone since... if its that hard to get a QUOTE why would I trust these people to get my order printed on time.
