I want to thank your team for not repairing my tire. I came in with a slow leak in my rear tire, but your guys wouldn't repair it. they said they could only replace it. So being that the tire only had 1200 miles on it, I went and bought a tire machine and took it off and repaired it myself. Normally when I need a new tire I would bring the bike in and have you guy's replace it, but now I have a tire machine so I can do it here at home and order my tires cheaper online. Anyway thank you for saving me a lot of money.

I never do reviews but having to deal with this dealership,especially the service dept. just recently was nothing but headache and frustration. Bought my iron 1200 about 6 months ago from this dealership, 2 months into owning it I already had to replace the battery that came with it because it was not holding a charge anymore. They wouldnt replace it because its not under warranty anymore either. Then about a month ago, 2 bolts from my rear belt sprocket backed out and snapped in half. I figured, something like this should be covered under my extended warranty so I took the bike to them. Long story short, I was told the rear wheel needed to be replaced and the rear belt sprocket along with some new wheel bearings and the cost will have to be out of my pocket since its not under my extended warranty. Since I dont have extra cash laying around for parts and labor for this bike at the moment. I now have a bike that I've only owned for 6 months that I cannot "ride" that's sitting in the garage. Thanks Rattlesnake Harley for this wonderful ornament that I bought for 11 thousand dollars from you guys 6 months ago.

The little lady in parts was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The service department folks made sure my replacement Custom Dynamics indicator light was working correctly and it wasn't just me having issues installing it. They got me back on the road in no time. Big shout out to this dealership.
