I have been trying for months to get a simple response back from the doctor on if I would be cleared or not for surgery. The procedure is almost $14,000 and I refuse to pay anything until I got a response. After emailing the coordinator multiple times, Dr. Hamwi still hasn't responded. If it takes this long to get a response back for something as simple as this, I would hate for an issue or concern to occur after surgery because I would probably never get a response back then either. Will def be looking for another doctor!

By far the worst plastic surgeon. Dr. Su is arrogant, lazy, and over priced. Unfortunately he only cares about the money.

Dr. Su does amazing work. He is also so kind and patient. Dr Su cares that you are satisfied with your results and health. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming.

I was initially impressed with the results of treatment in May 2020 that Dr. Gruber performed it's been 7 months now and all I see is a great amount of loose excess skin from my procedure "celebrity arms" that gives me the appearance nothing was done. Looking in the mirror I still feel very discouraged after reviewing past photos there is definitely a significant difference unfortunately im not to sure if the investment was worth it which is certainly not cheap. It would have been nice to be informed of a skin tightening treatment or a touch up at no additional fee. I was even considering the Lipo 360 for abdomen and waist but now I'm not quiet sure that would be the greatest decision. UPDATE: 6/17/2021 I was referenced to the surgeons nursing assistant Angie whom I sent an email regarding my concern to no surprise I never received a response anyone considering treatment from another state be cautious it's easier for a surgeon to ignore any patient concerns and only inconveniences the person paying out of pocket I was simply robbed 10k! With poor bed side manners from the surgeon who mistreated her assistant the entire procedure and made unprofessional comments not to mention the extra 2k she added to my treatment quote upon arrival I now have been evaluated by other surgeons within my state of residents unfortunately it has been recommended to correct the damage with an "arm lift" in order to remove the excess skin along with "bra line lift" to correct the bra buldge , loose skin and lumps from the damage of liposuction. "Celebrity arms" Pff the name sounds nice unfortunately the outcome is poor. Reconsider other options within your state of residents.
