I ordered tickets for my sons birthday. The night before I went online to double check date and time and the show was RESCHEDULED to 3 months later! I was never informed, offered a refund, or any kind of communication. Way to ruin an 8 year olds birthday.
DO NOT BUY FROM SELECT A SEAT. THEY WILL SCAM YOU. I have had the worst nightmare of customer service ever with this place. They are rude and refuse to help me. I paid over $300 for tickets that were assigned in seats no where near each other. When I called to have them changed i was very reasonable. I dont care if I had the worst seat in the building, I just want the seats together. I was told the only way they would move us together is if I buy an extra ticket. They refuse to downgrade my seat even though im not looking for my money back. All I wanted are my seats together, and they refuse to do that without me forking over more money.
My girlfriend bought 2 very good seats and paid extra for insurance in case we couldnt make it. Turns out we cant make the concert, called to refund the tickets and the insurance only covers deaths... explain to me where you need insurance if you are dead? Hands down the worst experience with a ticketing company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
I chose specific seats, when arriving at the venue the seating was completely different. we were speaking to the people next to us and the same thing happened to them. when I reached out to select a seat for so acknowledgment of the error. They claimed they couldn't see my choices since it was after the event and advised I call or go to a ticket counter in the future. they have yet to respond to my inquiry on how they plan on making this situation right.
Cant download the tickets and of course this stupid concert isnt accepting printed. Ghetto- just like everything else in Wichita
