Very disappointed. I have booked an appointment a week before to get my nails done before my birthday. They have cancelled that a few hours before because the lady that was supposed to do my nails called in sick. They did booked for the next days and when I got there cancelled again saying that they dont have time to remove my gel and also do my manicure. Never told me that on the phone, I did not knew about it. They should have least ask me on the phone without making go back there as Im pregnant and its not easy right now. I understand that people get sick, and they dont have time but what about my time? They did apologise, but all I wanted was to act professionally and have my nails done on my event. That being said I do not recommend. Bad experience. Definitely ruined my day

The most talented team of nail artists and beauticians. Always a friendly and welcoming vibe in the salon would always recommend anyone to go here and I would never go anywhere other than here.
