Booked a month in advance, paid my deposit, specifically for an evening slot. They didn't log my booking in their system and then gave it someone else. Despite this being their error, which they only realised when I emailed to confirm the time but they then admitted, they kept the appointment with the other person. A week before my wedding. With no other evening appointments available.
