Hi Rachel, Firstly, thank you for your feedback. This allows us to constantly improve and better ourselves and our business. Secondly, we are sorry you had did not have the experience you desired and hope to make it up to you. We understand right before the fourth of July when you came in, it can feel like a busy time in the salon. From looking at your receipt it does look like your service provider took the full appointment time with you from check-in to check out but our apologies if it did not feel that way. As for the steps of the procedure, we do have a step-by-step video on our IGTV to help people understand the procedure we are performing. I have made a note in our last staff meeting to make sure any new clients receiving this service get the same step-by-step process explained to them. This is a service we have been performing at soon as it came to the US market and we know we can still continually improve, as product and technique does. With this service, we lift the brow hair straight up for maximum flexibility and longevity but typically style them in the style the client will wear them upon leaving. If your brows were still too "bushy" or lifted upon leaving that is an easy adjustment we can always make. If you do try us again I have added a discount for this service on your profile.

My first eyebrow lamination experience was at this salon, and it wasn't great. I told the stylist it was my first time, and she still barely spoke to me (but chatted with coworkers the entire time) and didn't ever tell me what she was doing. I had to ask what was happening, how to care for them afterwards, and what results to expect. I mentioned that I was looking for a more natural look, not the super fluffy brushed-straight-up look, and she said, "Well I just do them the way I do them." I also had to wait and then felt rushed at the end, because they packed appointments in so tightly. I now use a salon in Oakland with better service and have also had longer-lasting results.

So even though this salon wasnt officially open yet (it opens this week though), Gloria booked me an appointment for a sunless spray tan and a lash lift, and I couldnt be more happy with how it turned out! First of all, the lash lift: I never knew my eyelashes could look so long and full with literally no makeup. I am so happy with how they look, and how much attention to detail went into making sure every single lash was curled and set in a way that would turn out PERFECTLY. Now the spray tan: I am typically not someone that gets spray tans because Im very pale and they always end up looking unnatural and patchy/orange. NOT the case this time. Im hooked!! It turned out so bronzy and natural looking, I was stunned. It also didnt smell like a typical spray tan (it smelled good!) and it left my skin feeling BABY soft. Im waiting to see how long it lasts, but so far its been a few days and its still going strong! Thanks Beau!!

FANTASTIC !! Got my first brow lamination and eyelash lift.Natalie did a freaking amazing job ! She was super attentive and careful with the whole process . She would explain to me the steps she was doing and what was going on as I couldnt see cause I had my eyes closed. I would definitely recommend her and her services to anybody ! I also got my eyebrows waxed or cleaned up and she did a outstanding job . Will be getting it done with her more often .

Beau SF kills it every time. I go here regularly for brow lamination and I consider them one of the best in the Bay Area. The staff is professional and fun, and my brows are perfect every single time. The process takes about 45 minutes and the results last for a good 6 weeks. This will always be my go-to for the perfect brows. They are receptive and considerate of the results you want and make sure you walk out happy.

This is my first time here. They are brand new in this location. I was going to Taylor previously for eyelash extensions. She is very professional and does an awesome job each time. My boyfriend also came in for a beard trim and he loved it. He got an IPA and a hot towel. He's pre-booked his next appointment already. If you don't like being disappointed, Beau is the place to go. Taylor and Gloria give outstanding service.
