They cost twice to four times what you can get from the Internet while providing very little service in return. When I found out that their 'acrylic ice' they sell for 15 cents each (1000 to a bag) cost 17.00 on the net, I knew how bad they have been taking advantage of me.

They completely changed and started to charge overtly extra for the prices they use to offer and how staff would work together to help you solve a problem. It was such a bad experience and saddening compared to how nice this place use to be. I miss Joe being there to help you out the best way possible.
