This customer purchased a building from us on January 31, 2018. He then changed his mind regarding the type of building he wanted. Because of this change, it took us until February 14 to deliver his building. We were not late on delivery, it took us two weeks to deliver the building after the date of purchase. Customer paid $546.99 , which covered his down payment, a delivery fee and 1.68 monthly payments. Two months later this customer asked us to pick up the building as he had to move and had nowhere to place it. It was explained to him that he would lose the money put into it if we repossessed the building, meaning there would be no credit to use in the future, but we would be happy to sell him another building when he was ready. Due to the repossession we require a refundable deposit in order to finance another building. There was never any promise to give the customer credit on the purchase of another building. I apologize if you misunderstood. Because we are scheduled out a week at a time, the pick up of a building sometimes takes several days if we are not in the area already. I did speak to Tom regarding the phone call. The call did get disconnected, when the customer was placed on hold. In the mean time another customer came in to the office. By the time he was finished and had a chance to return your call it was 6:00. Tom made the decision to return the call the next morning. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

Bought a shed put down approximately 600 and some change. Due to circumstances with a girlfriend I moved out asked them to come get it. Asked them if I could Make payments while on their lot they said no. I said well what can I do indont want to lose put on the money. They said we would work with you when you have somewhere to put one...I bought a house now when I call they say no credits on the account instead we need 250 extra deposit for you to have a building from us. Also they were 2 weeks late on delivery and didn't level it correctly took 2 visits to correct. On pickup they almost hit my ex girlfriend's new Toyota and she threatened to sue me and them. They took a week and a half to pick up even though I told them she may vandalize it. Ugh then today Tom says please hold....click hung up called back twice no answer....childish employees no customer service immature and unprofessional. Owners of you read this call me you have my number fulfill our promise or this stays on here. Reply to southern storage that's a lie and yall knowing i changed my mind while dealing with roger in crawfordville only with him but its while inwas picking them out....I find it funny you hang up on me check your voicemail and then put this on here kudos you stayed on top of a customers complaint. But I have a recording of said promise and dont worry I'll file lawsuit as soon as I finish unpacking plus now I have your evidence on here admitting I paid...now Iall i have to do is prove your lying about the rest so thank you. Now I'm gonna do my darndest to find the recording in the midst of all my others but now its top priority. Hope yall go out of business.....ps I heard about yall selling building damaged during hurricane Michael after shady workmanship to repair them not replacing everything and doing the minimum. Good etiquette.
I am very happy with the 8 X 12 shed I purchased from Southern Storage Solutions. It is well built and cost about the same as the lumber it would take to build it myself. The guy who delivered it was very patient with me trying to orient it just right on the corner of the lot and had it leveled in very short order. I added a ramp, some paint, and dressed it up with some flowers and it has become a great looking addition to my backyard.
Have bought 2 sheds from them and they are very friendly and fair priced.
