Thank you so much for your feedback regarding Henry Streets community events. We apologize for the disruption this event caused to you and your family. Our goal for all our events is to make them special and memorable for all families and children in our beloved LES community. As a community based organization we are committed to making sure that all residents' concerns are addressed. This is was our last summer event at Dry Dock for the season and moving forward, we will try our best to do a sound check and have members of our staff go around the surrounding areas to check the noise level. If you have any ideas or suggestions for future events, you can reach us at [email protected]. Sincerely, Anna G. (Marketing)

Regarding Summer Fun Saturdays at Dry Dock Playground, I think it is great that you host events for the community. However, I don't understand how having a dj blast music at the highest levels in a residential community is beneficial to all the senior citizens that live in the buildings that border this playground. Yes, Avenue D is a residential community. We have an ill parent that we had to relocate today given the music blasting all day. Shame on you, HSS!
