Hello Jeff. Thank you for the review. You are correct in that we are not an insurance company. Planstin manages your enrollment in a third party non-profit community. You may not realize that the amount paid in your behalf was over two times what you paid. Hope you don't truly go with just paying out of pocket as this wouldn't have worked well for you. As the others have said not a real insurance company. You are better off putting your money in the bank and pay out of pocket.

You might want to connect with your broker who enrolled you to better understand how the programs work or feel free to reach out to our team for help. When you enroll we send all members the plan and membership details that they are enrolled in. Please review the materials sent to make sure that you agree and understand what you are enrolled in. This company is not upfront with how they operate. I went to a out of network office, I was told if I went out of network I could submit the claim. The doctors office said they do not file with this company. But I could not submit the claim myself, what Planstin told me. I had to ask the doctor to interfere and get it done. I still had to pay the majority of the bill. I went in network for the service the doctor requested. They still would not pay for any of the test, over 1000.00 dollars out of my pocket. I was told for everything I had done I would have to pay up to 1000.00 dollars before the sharing would start. So basically you have to be very sick before they start paying and even then you wont know how much they will contribute. This is not how the plan was sold to me and the whole thing is a scam. I will not be able to go to the doctor for basic care out of fear of the bills. Very disturbing!

I've been paying these clowns since August and finally cancelled made multiple requests for medical cards never showed and nobody accepted their insurance. Total scam and I wouldn't believe any positive quotes from random people who probably are paid to say that. Stay away from
