I have had a case with the Alliance since I was contacted by the Alliance in January. I have signed a lot of paperwork, submitted a bunch of documents, spoken with two different case managers. Now it is almost June and I have not heard anything nor received anything. Can you please tell me what is going on? Have we been forgotten? A response would be appreciated.
