Had a bad experience with the staff from Ultimate Events. Months later and I cannot accept what happened to me. I lost a valuable bracelet at a company Christmas party; this was found by the events organiser Milly Bartlett and she confirmed in writing that she had the bracelet. Sadly this was never returned to me but instead replaced with a cheap alternative. I am deeply disappointed with the whole experience and since it appears that Millie left ultimate events; the issue has been escalated to the managing director but 2 months later I am still awaiting a resolution. One word...disappointed!!
