I placed a $130 order on 12/11, I didn't hear from you until 12/16, the delivery was supposed to be between 12/19-12/23. You stated in an email 12/17 you would notify me when the item shipped, you did not. I tracked the order and it wasn't even shipped until 12/23. I'm extremely disappointed. The estimated delivery is Monday 12/28! You could have reached out and offered for me to pay extra for overnight shipping given the circumstances and holiday. Even though I feel it was a failure on your part. You sent me a proof a week prior to shipping the items.. Again, you could have done better communicating that this would not arrive as originally stated.
