This is the first and the last time that I will ever order anything from this company. I ordered one pair of shoes from this company on July 1, and I received an email stating that my order would not ship until August 12. Why does it take six weeks to receive one pair of shoes?? There should be an option for Zero stars.

I have both a Kingsize and Brylane account , I have been trying to get a Christmas tree removed from my account since before Christmas , I keep calling and they keep disconnecting my call before I can be helped , I have filed a dispute with the Credit Bank Comenity Bank and its under review and they want Kingsize to remove the charge , these purchases were supposed to be split between the two accounts but they put everything onto one account pushing me above my limit , and caused my credit score to drop over 40 points , I am at the point where I need legal help to have Kingsize ( parent company is Full Beauty Brands LLC ) and Comenity Bank fix this and repair my credit score . I hope that other people will avoid these companies and protect their credit score from this disreputable company
