I've been to Top Hat twice now. Once to get hair and makeup as a bridesmaid for a wedding. I was very happy. This time around to get some color in on a short hair cut acquire elsewhere that I was still trying to come to terms with. This other hair place butchered my hair well above the shoulder length I asked for. It's super short for me now and I was uncomfortable when I came into meet with Sylvia. Sylvia fixed my previous cut giving it so much texture and movement. Its so fun to style every day and throughout the day. She added amazing highlights. Also did my brows before I left. I felt amazing. First time having short hair and she helped me get my confidence rolling with it!! Next time I'm looking forward to adding ieyelash tint as well.
