Eileen, I apologize you feel that your daughter had an unfavorable experience with the repair we did on her vehicle Oct. 11,2019. We strive to do the best quality repair possible and make each and every customers visit a positive experience. I normally don't respond to reviews but wanted to with this one in particular. I have reached out to you with several calls to discuss how we can resolve this issue. I have not yet received a return call so I will share with you my response to your review. Your daughter came in approximately July 2nd, 2020 for us to diagnose and repair her window that was stuck in the open position. Upon inspection we let her know that parts will be needed and this was not related to the previous repair. ( keep in mind the previous was done nine months ago ) At this point she became upset and refused to believe this was true. Please have her return if she hasn't had it repaired yet and we will order parts and repair at no charge. We want our customers to know we will go out of our way to keep them satisfied and a return customer. Please contact me personally at 904-687-1991 Craig Taylor

They had previously done wonderful Work on both of my cars. Last time I brought my daughter's car in and they fixed the seat, drivers window and a few other incidentals. All seemed well. My daughter came back from being out of state months later and hardly used the car. Today, her window lost a screw and got stuck in the open position. I called them and she went over ( by that time she had gotten it up) and the man told her it couldn't have been their fault and that she either over used or under used the window and that the car was old and etc etc. I am amazed at the fact that he was just spouting excuses about bow they couldn't possibly be at fault and that they wouldn't touch the car...truly, they have lost my business and my respect
If you just fell off the ternip truck and want a brand new set of fully dis-assembled Mustang calipers coated for $400-600 ask for Todd.... He is your man.
Amazing work and they were kind. I never thought it could be put back together, but they did it. Their attention to detail was excellent! I believe I was very fortunate to be referred to their shop.
I have a 2004 F150 that needed some body repair around the rear window. Custom Coatings had previously done work on other vehicles that I owned and have done good work. However, work on the truck was sub-par and sloppy. I took the truck in with a leak around the rear window that caused rusting and required structural repair. I suppose that was done correctly. However, when I went to pick up the truck, I noticed condensation in the third brake light located above the rear window, suggesting that it still leaked. Still wet inside the truck. I pointed that out and the missing parts that they lost during the repair. They attempted to fix the third brake light (which I presume they broke during repair) and sloppily repaired the outside trim they removed when fixing the truck. When I returned home, the inside of the truck was coated in a layer of dust and no effort was made by Custom Coatings to even clean up the mess that they made during the repair. Next rain, I returned the leaking truck, pointing out the missing parts and the sloppy trim. To their credit, they repaired the trim and replaced the parts, but after the last rain, it's still wet inside. So after my paying them about $1200 to repair the truck, it still leaks. I wouldn't let them repair my grandson's wagon!
