Bad bad service. Unreliable. Fon't use these guys if your event is important. I ordered 10 days in advance for a major event at the Hollywood Bowl June 18, and all they can tell me today is "it was lost. Never again. "
The quality of my product wasn't the best but the customer service was great! They ship fast and on time, they are very friendly and gave me a full refund with no problem!
