Don't go here for the purchase or service. The GM Russell thinks it's appropriate to treat customers very poorly and then when something is said back to him unconfrontationally, he suddenly "demands respect." They ruined someone's vehicle and he somehow thinks he's entitled to the respect here? He should be doing whatever it takes to make sure that his customer is taken care of. He says he will do what it takes but makes it very clear with his actions that he isn't willing to do that. What a poor way to run a business.

Always a pleasure to shop with Auto Nation Johnson City, TN. Ive purchased many cars from them over the years. They helped me with with a new Wagoneer and I could not be more pleased. I felt like they rolled the red carpet out for me. My sales rep was very personable and answered all my questions. He thoroughly went over the car and satisfied my concerns. I will not hesitate to do business with them in the future they will always be highly recommended by me.
STAY FAR AWAY FROM AUTONATION! Took my Jeep in for a oil change and they put the wrong filter on it and all the oil drained out. The service manager Wes and the general manager Russell Mayes was very rude and treated me terrible. They did nothing to check for damage in my Jeep after it running dry with oil and the last bit of oil came out looked like chocolate milk. After their negligence to do a job right left my car messed up the only response I got from the GM Russell was he didnt feel like I was giving him enough respect. Ok first off I got no respect from him only LIES! The GM Russell and the whole management and service is a complete disaster. After I posted a video to my social media of the way I was treated while there then I got threatening calls from the GM Russell. They didnt provide me a rental and they didnt fix the problem they created. I BASICALLY PAIDE THEM $80 TO TEAR MY CAR UP! STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS POSSIBLY. NEVER EVER RECOMMEND AUTONATION JOHNSON CITY. TN. Dont buy a vehicle there and for sure dont go for service not even something as simple as a oil change. I will continue to post everywhere I can about what happened to try to save someone else. My car could have caught fire coming down the interstate with oil pouring out and killed my 4 yr old grandson and myself and they didnt even care. THEY DO NO CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!! No need for you automatic reply saying contact our GM. YOUR GM IS THE PROBLEM!!! The video and pictures are on my fb page it wouldnt let me post them here
