Hi Jolene, Thanks for your review however I'm surprised on your comment. We work extremely hard to manage our bookings and conduct lessons when the weather is appropriate. If we've had to re-schedlule a lesson its solely due to poor wind conditions and bad weather. We're always more than happy to continue trying for a lesson even if it means extended your voucher time. We can even offer refunds if theres been persistent efforts to attend a lesson but this is very rarely happens. We've checked our records and we cannot find any recent contact from yourself to book a lesson.
