A number of sites experienced an issue that day. We are requesting all salons ensure their contact information is upto date so we can provide better communications in these types of circumstances. Atrocious After Sales Support. They like to sell you the product but ignore you when you want to use it and have de-installed your own product. Has caused a month of chaos and still not sorted.

Please take the time to read this review!! This software is dreadful, it doesnt do what they say it does! It is not responsive enough, I could actually go on and on but dont have the time. Any future or existing customers of Saloniq BE WARNED they only give you client names numbers email. They dont give you client notes. They say they cant........ funny after moving from another software company ( big mistake) and them giving us all that info, in excel format as Saloniq requested, Now, Saloniq cant give it back, even though its all my data... after pushing and pushing they offered it me at a price!!! How insulting. NO CLIENT VISIT NOTES glad it was only months I was with them and not years......
