My wife shops there occasionally for gifts for me and Im really not pleased with service . Most recently I brought back pants & shirt that didnt fit. Picked a pair of pants that needed to be shortened; that was six weeks ago I called and told they were ready and didnt get answer on exchange of the shirt. When I arrived and waited told that pants were not done so did Re-measure again . Going there later to pick up and check on the exchange of the shirt that didnt fit .
Staff focuses on selling as many items of clothing along with the most accessories possible per customer while neglecting fitting and tailoring. Lack of attention to detail defeats the purpose of purchasing high end clothing so you will not look your best after spending a lot of money. In summary poor customer service.
Ms. Navarro, terribly sorry it was not pressed well to your liking. We throughly hand press every garment. Perhaps this got sandwiched on the pick up rack. If you could bring it by the shop we will repress and give it a complimentary dry clean.

Had sleeves shortened on suit jacket & requested pressing - the jacket needed professional help on that count. $35, got it home, discovered they hadn't pressed it. Disappointed this time.
