Peter, I'm sorry that PMI fell short of your expectations and I am aware of the issues that you were dealing with. PMI is a growing company and with that growth comes growing pains with new employees, training, procedures etc. With that said, you're right communication should've been better, I agree 100% and we are taking steps to improve our internal procedures. Our statements while they may be hard to understand when first reading them, they are accurate, we have an outside accounting firm that monitors our trust accounts in real time to ensure that they will always pass a 3 way audit and even your accountant reviewed them and said they were correct The renting of your unit did take a long time but what you failed to mention in your review is that our recommended repairs were not approved till the very end and I believe it was the updating that we completed to the kitchen and other areas that led to it getting rented so quickly. One final note, when it comes to leaving our company we have never not returned funds to an owner, your portfolio had outstanding bills that exceeded the available funds in your account, so at the end of the day there was nothing to refund. If you are a property owner take note. One of the worst PM we have ever used. Communication is lacking and not streamlined. Statements are often incorrect. You have to make multiple requests to get work completed. And when you terminate them, which you will, they do not return the tenants security deposits. Most communication involves them telling you they have staffing issues or they have grown too fast, all things that don't matter. Took over 6 months to get a unity rented on the lower east side. The home wasn't properly marketed. New property manager found tenants within 1 week of hire and they were charging more money. Response to owner reply: What you fail to mention is that the outstanding bills you mention are in question. That there are duplicate bills which you still have not addressed. You never finished the lower remodel and after you were terminated mysterious bills showed up INCLUDING a charge for redoing the wood floors which were never done. know this is against the law, as do I. What is sad is that you have taken advantage of my mother who is elderly and out of state. The upper unit which took 6 months to rent had nothing to do with the lower unity remodel. When I took this over from my brother, the unit was not even listed. By your own admission, you had issues with your marketing system. The bottom line is you shouldn't be growing because you can't properly handle the clients you have. Interesting that you respond to a public review but won't respond the BBB complaint. Again, if you are a property owner, there are much better PM companies in Milwaukee. The new staff training issue is old. Once again, you distort the truth and fail to mention the facts. You were given every opportunity to not get a public review but you chose to not reply to my requests. Shame on you for trying to state that we owed you money and turn this around.

David, Unfortunately there are limitations to what we can do as property managers of condominium communities. We do not have carte blanche to do as anyone wishes. We are hired to manage the property via the contract that lists the specific duties that we are responsible for and to make recommendations to the board of directors. We cannot just decide to make repairs to a unit because an owner would like them done. There is a process that needs to be followed and approved. Furthermore in a condominium community it is listed in the declarations what elements the owner is responsible for and what elements are common to all. In your situation doors and windows are not common elements but the sole responsibility of the unit owner, thus the reason why the board did not approve the repairs. I understand that there may be frustrations but please keep in mind that it is not always the fault of the management company. If you have any other issues please do not hesitate to reach out to the appropriate manager for your mother's association. Stay safe

Daryl & his Boss Michael Baron cant seem to figure out how maintain property that they manage. my little old lady mother put her trust in them and they apparently "just forgot" fix her condo. i wouldn't let them manage my collection of rakes. i think they are incompetent.

Mike and the PMI team have been managing a property for me the last three years. I live out of state and having someone take care of my property relieves a lot of stress. They are quick to take care of any issues and make sure payments are taken care of. Great team.

Valeria, I think it's unfair to leave a random review on a business website for something that did not occur. Bridget is firm but not rude and when you are behind in rent it is her job to enforce the terms of the lease which includes rent collection. I think it was unfair of you to mention the roof without explaining that the owner paid to have a new roof installed, and that the new roof was installed without some required flashing, or the fact that PMI of Greater Milwaukee paid to have the new roof completely replaced. The home was hit by a vehicle, we are working with the property owner as well as their insurance and the police department to have it resolved. Please know that PMI is a management company, not the owner of the property so we cannot make certain repairs without the approval of the property owner. I'm sorry you are unhappy, but I am always available if you need to talk.

If I could give them zero stars I would they were great until they changed the management. This new girl bridget is rude and has lied about me on a website I have never met her I have a leaking roof and as of today no one has an emergency phone and my basment is flooding not to mention my house got hit by a car and nothing has been done about the since November. I will not have someone tell me how to be a mom when my kids were talking to your workers and they couldn't understand a 2 year old. My garage door fell on my husband foot and nothing has been done about that i can't even open it. they are horrible i will never come back to pmi unless they get the old management team back.
