They used to be pretty good, but it'd be nice if they didn't have multiple people simultaneously go on vacation, preventing me from adding patches to my high school letter jacket
I have been trying to contact DKM for over a week for an invoice that I was charged for but never saw or approved. I have not received a call back or email back from anyone. After 3 bags in two weeks were damaged by DKM I do not feel I owe them any money and when they ignore my requests to talk about the issue at hand and get nothing in response I can't help but be frustrated. Now I will have to dispute my credit card charge. Just what I feel like spending valuable time doing.
