I brought a pair of yoga pants in to do an easy hem. I was told they would be ready one week from the day I dropped them off. I went on that day and was told they were not done. She said she would text me when they were done. 3 days after I was told they would be done I got the text to pick them up. I went and got them and they charged me $33 to do any easy hem on a pair of yoga paints. I complained and they said they always have to clean the items before they alter them. That was never disclosed to me. The clerk took the $9 off for cleaning. I still think $24 to do any easy hem is outrageous. I will not go back. Shame on me for not asking in advance.
The service provided through the app is not consistent. At times it takes 2 days to get your shirt dry cleaned. That same item could take more than two weeks the next month. I was informed the batteries in the lockers dont always work. Joe from Dutch Girl recommended I use the top lockers as they change the batteries for those consistently and rarely check the bottom ones. After placing the order, refresh the app to ensure your order was received. If it hasnt, you have to call them directly to let them know which locker you used for your items. Follow up in a week and request they send a text when your items are ready. Dont bother telling the owners the app has glitches. Youll only be told I cant do anything about that. I didnt build the app.
