Awful company to work for ... Absolutely terrible management , from both higher 3way management and the 'in store' management , I worked at the Aldi sheppey warehouse and both the main manager on site and the deputy manager are dreadful , they are both lazy , they don't sort out issues , they lie and they are terrible at their jobs , how they still have a job I don't know especially the main male manager who has been receiving complaints for years Yet still has a job ... Avoid 3way like the plague!

I worked for them nearly a year, they tried putting me in a disciplinary for things i had proved i was doing when a complaint from my site came in. Don't really understand how they could try that as i had/have the proof. 8 months of made up complaints and me sending proof every single time. They also unwarrantely suspended me from my site which was just ridiculous so i was forced to quit.

I was continuously underpaid every month and they claimed, several times, that I did not attend my shift or notify the head office which was untrue. I had to keep my own diary of when I attended shifts as I had to regularly challenge them for under paying me. I never received a uniform either (for 9 months) so had to use my own clothes during my shift.
