I called twice to reserve and confirm my auger. Twice they quoted me $100 less than the actual price, so i paid more than I was expecting. They didnt communicate with me how i would be transporting the item. I assumed truck bed, they had a trailer. Thank goodness we had a hitch. They also didnt provide me with the everything I asked for. I assumed that my requested extra attachment was already on the machine, but nope. They forgot it.

I can only speak for the time we got a pressure washer, 1st off it was older model heavy as you know what, 2nd it was clogged with mud took around 30 minutes unclogging it, and to top it off the pull rope broke 45 minutes later, by the time we exchange it for another, 2 1/2 hours gone, Not sure how they compensated the guy that rented it in the first place, but for the crew using it was a total bummer . I'm sure due to how busy they are it was a simple over sight.

Good place for anything you need! Friendly staff and helped to carefully load and unload a Billy Goat Weed Eater in my truck. No problems with the machine we rented. Pro tip: I did a day rental on a Saturday, since they are closed Sunday the return date is Monday. :)

Rented out a piece of equipment, got it to the site but the machine would not turn on. We tried a few different outlets but no luck. When the machine was brought back we were met with arguments and anger because apparently we should have already known the machine was *not* going to run using an extension cord. They did not tell us prior to renting the machine that is will not work using an extension cord, we were not aware, and they refused to refund.
