All apartments will remain available to rent until an approved applicant decides to move forward with the unit. An approved application does not guarantee any specific apartment. We have other comparable apartments available and your application will remain active for 60 days. Were happy to help you move forward with another available apartment during this time.

Absolutely steer clear of the building and management company. I spoke to their leasing team through the process and submitted an application. After running my credit and confirming it was approved, they gave me a ring to request sensitive income/bank forms and identification only to inform me the next morning that they leased the unit to someone else and followed up by trying to suggest I lease a smaller unit at the same rent instead. I was given no heads up that someone else was in process and they did not inform me before running my credit. I wish I heeded the multiple negative reviews online before submitting an application here as it seems that others have had the same ridiculous experience and based on reviews from residents, it sounds like management is just as terrible to deal with as you live in the building. Completely unacceptable business practices.
I'll start off by saying that you should be weary of this company's shady business practices! I was working with a representative named Vanina. At first, everything seemed straightforward an honest. Once I had my application in and paid the fee, that all changed. We had applied for one apartment which subsequently got rented as Manhattan apartments do. We switched our application to another apartment for which we were told that we were the only applicants. After being strung along for over a week having documents requested from us, going through the "credit board", ignoring our emails and phone calls, I was informed that the second apartment was rented as well. 3 DAYS PRIOR! They had still been requesting documents from us after the apartment was already rented! After finally getting through to someone at the company, they tried pawning off a significantly worse apartment to us for the same rent amount. At that point we had had enough. I got in touch with Vanina and tried to get an explanation for why we had been blindsided and that conversation just went in a loop. I warn you to not work with this company. Even if it seems that you are having a fine experience, they care not for the client and only for themselves.
Live here for close a year now. Smart decision to move here: great location (subway, food, Park) and decent price, friendly doorman, non-luxury but enough service.

We are not doing heavy construction, however you may experience some intermittent/minimal noise due to repairs and general upkeep. The building itself is well-located and the apartment space is big. But the management is the worst I've ever seen. There has been construction going on my floor continuously for 6 months since I moved in in August 2020. For a few weeks, the noise was so big that the apartment was inhabitable. Tenants on my floor talked to management many times and we didn't give any positive feedback nor substantial update at all, and the landlord refused to give any concession at all after rounds of conversation. They used to have a meeting room for us to work in while there were noises but they rented out that room too. It is so disturbing and frustrating to live in such a environment where you can't work and stay quietly during the day and have inconsiderate and disrespectful landlords who aways put their interest in front of tenants' without offering compensation at all. Response to owner's comment: I am not talking about update on your emails, but any substantial improvement to the living environment. My issue, which is also the issue of all tenants on our floor, persisted during the whole 6 months when you conducted noisy construction, during which period we complained multiple times but weren't given any compensation nor feasible resolution. I am posting because I need to voice an informational feedback based on my experience, even though the noise seem to come down as my one-year lease has gone halfway.
