Delay.. delay.. delay..!! Got my car back after an insurance fix (Esure).. eventually. The car went in for a part exchange the same day as it was collected, I made a point to them when they first collected the car that it is needed for a part exchange. Time after time I had to chase, and each time they failed to meet their promises, ultimately I had to resort to more or less stalking them in order for it to be ready. Gemini had the car for over 3 weeks, for a job which should have taken a couple of days at most. The delay was with the manufacturers, they hadn't been able to provide the paint, total tosh! When I picked the car up, in person, I overheard the receptionist telling everyone who phoned the same excuse. Not only that, the car had cosmetic body work damage to the offside rear panel, and door, but after collecting I noticed the clutch was much lighter, leading me to thinking that "extras" had been added!? I didn't see the bill so didn't care, and I would never personally use this company. P.S. fair play though, the work completed was to a good standard. Although a bit a panel beating and a spray paint shouldn't take 3 weeks!
