they out and out lied about me a year ago, They said I've destroyed apartments and a whole list of bs statements when i enquired as to where they got this information they can't tell me!! So I really dont need to be nice about what i say. They took an application that i submitted with missing information and not wait and see if i had question or if there was something wrong as to why i hadn't finished the application before submitting it, but no they have to lie about me trashing apartments and all sorts of differant lies on their reply to me and now i personally think it's bs and i will be talking to an attorney as to see if they can legally say this stuff!!

Betty, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We looked into the incident where the police were called and it actually came from one of the tenants, not us as a management company. We are sorry that the police arriving caused you an inconvenience. As for the parking lots, tenants have a permit to park in tenant parking and we have a separate visitor lot. While we do enforce the parking rules, tenants are of their own individual accord to call the police if they feel they saw something suspicious. We always ensure to our tenants that they should live in a safe place. Again, we are always here to discuss any policies we have and of course would've addressed this in that manner should the matter have arisen through us. I dont even live in one of their properties! As I sat in my daughter's parking lot waiting for her, they tried to have my vehicle towed and called the police on me claiming I was selling drugs out of my truck! 2 officers showed up and ran my name and plates and searched my truck! All this cuz I wasn't parked in a "visitor"parking spot? I don't think so. I spoke with one of the residence and he told me the property manager was there when he got home around 5:30. Why wouldn't she just approach me and inquire about what I was doing instead of what she actually did?

I have lived in two of Venture Management's locations and have been happy with both experiences. The rental process was quick and easy both times. My units both happened to have new carpet, were clean, and smelled fresh. My recent maintenance requests have all been handled by the end of the day. It's easy to see VM takes pride in their properties, and most of the staff/management I've interacted with seem to care about keeping good relationships with tenants.

Sale, we are disappointed to hear that you felt you had a bad experience when ending your lease with us. We work very hard to communicate lease details to ensure complete transparency with our tenants. We have a 30-day notice policy before vacating in order to avoid having the tenant be responsible for paying the next month's rent. This is a very common provision in a lease. After more than 3 years, having reached out via phone and letters numerous times, we unfortunately had no choice but to send your account to a collections agency. This is never the ideal solution for our tenants or for us, but in rare circumstances it is our only option left. As you are aware, we recently mailed a copy of the lease with the provision for notice highlighted, along with a detailed description of the charge. We are more than happy to discuss this further with you.

Mustapha . First, you guys don't deserve that 1 star I gave you. I think you deserve a black hole. Before I moved to my house, I used to live in one of their apartments . Honestly no issues while I was living there.The problem starts after I left. I didn't get my deposit back plus the manager of the complex charged me an extra 310$. He claimed the carpet was dirty, and he did some other fixing ( really !!!!). My wife is allergic to dust also she is a clean freak so you get the idea. We left that apartment in perfect conditions. Since I refused to pay 310$ now it shows on my credit report.I believe I got my self in this problem because I didn't take time and read reviews about this place. Thx
