The NE Broadway store in Portland employee on June 9 about 4pm was on his phone when I came in to shop. He would walk away do do things on his phone. I had to get up and find him to get questions answered. I understand giving people space but this was untenable. I really needed help and I was the only one in the store- not like he was swamped. He was so inattentive that eventually I gave up and went to a different BedMart where I received excellent attention, great bed comparisons and bought a bed at Delta Park. If I did a review on the 2nd experience it would be a 5 star.

My mattress buying experience was great. The ease of delivery was the selling point for me. They deliver next day ! I love to support a locally owned business, the Broadway location is nice and very convenient. Zach in the store was a very helpful sales person.
