Chris, we are sorry that you aren't happy with our store. However, you will find that that most shoe companies do not accept shoe returns when the shoes have been worn on hard surfaces to the point of the soles showing that level of wear. We certainly would have accepted your return had the shoes not been worn to that point. The shoes were new when you bought them. It is always a good policy to wear shoes on carpet in your home a bit before deciding if they fit properly. That way you will also know that you can wear them to your wedding or any major event and be comfortable in your shoes. Good luck on your wedding and we wish you the best.

I bought a pair of dress shoes for my upcoming wedding, on top of dress shirt and belt spending over $300. Fit of the shoes was a little off when I tried them on at home so i went to return them within 5 days per their policy. Staff immediately looked at me like I was crazy saying the shoes were to worn down to sell. I saw minor wear on the tread of the shoe before buying but thought it was normal. It's my fault for not checking the bottoms more closely before buying but avoid this store like the plague. I got ran and am now out $180 now but you don't have to be.
