Absolute nightmare of a management team. I signed a lease for a residential property and they advertise apartments in the building for Airbnb. People check in and blaster radios and leave trash just like its a hotel. This is not a residential unit that its advertised as! Ive informed them of this every single weekend for the last several months and they dont care to fix it. Never rent a property from pinnacle management. He will regret it.

So I applied at one of your properties, paid the 200 dollar holding fee and was denied. I was not told that it takes thirty days for my refund to be processed. In fact I was told that this company cuts checks every Tuesday and that I would get mine on the fourth of this month. Now they are telling me I wont get it til the 20th. This company lies through theirs teeth. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM EVER!!!!!!!

This property management company DOES NOT FOLLOW FIRE CODE. You can can have 6+ people living in a one bedroom, no problems!!! $$$$ You can even run an air b n b out of your apartment for extra cash!!! $$$$ Dont let them tell you otherwise cause they wont do anything!!! :)))) $$$$$ Just post on Craigslist after you move in and buy cheap partition walls for ikea or just use sheets!!! What a money maker!!!! Dont miss out!!!!

Absolutely love the presence Pinnacle has within Vegas. They strive to always be innovative and create custom experiences. Im not sure why folks only take time to leave negative reviews and not a positive experience that theyve had. Every employee Ive met from on-site to corporate has been welcoming and able to assist. The culture of this company is beyond what most management companies worldwide even dream about attaining. Pinnacles communities are held to high standards of living and the staff has been very accommodating and understanding, especially during Covid-19.

They never answer or return calls. That goes for Cimarron 8301 West Flamingo rd Las Vegas NV 89147. As well as the owner of the property Pinnacle. Let's see if this works. Maybe now they will check voicemails
