Dear Irina, Thank you for your feedback. Sorry to hear that your event was cancelled by the promoter. Our booking fee is non-refundable as it covers the service provided by our box office and ticketing system when you make your booking: staffing, postage, software, website, ticket stock, etc. Even if an event is cancelled, these activities are still involved (and in fact more so when events are cancelled as we need to process further transactions like refunds). That is why our policy is always to refund the full amount of tickets and drinks vouchers purchased should an event be cancelled, but we are unable to refund the booking fee itself. Our box office has been incredibly busy and are working their way through all the emails they receive, so thank you for your patience. Awful experience! They only reimburse only part of the purchase costs when THEY cancel the event. That's scam! They even ignore my emails and not replying anymore. Dear Cadogan Hall, your customers should NOT cover your costs for service, what hasn't been used due to cancelled event!

Didn't buy any drinks so I can't review the bar part but as a venue, It is a beautiful and very classy venue. Saw Marc Almond last night. Great sound and lighting and an excellent atmosphere which didn't change even during the interval and when we left
