This is 2019 January 7 th and this company is still horrible they have a manager who lost my rent and since that date has harassed me and has also refused to give me a receipt for a money prefer after he lost my rent Kathy Lohr and Susie Deford are both horrible at their jobs they never do anything to stop the harassment and the onsite manager Aaron is aggressive and dangerous and waits outside my apartment at nighr and follows my girlfriend to her car absolutely uncalled for Dont ever live here Im only here because its cheap if u dont have to live here live anywhere else . The REVIEW from Natalie is false she works for the company .

I've used a couple of property management groups over the years and by far the best has been APM Property Management. They are always responsive and helpful. The process of getting started with them was very easy and they got to work right away. I needed two units filled when I hired them and they were able to make that happen very quickly. I was immediately impressed. They are very knowledgeable, professional, and they keep my tenants happy. What more could you ask for? I would definitely recommend them.

Sorry you had this experience. The company has been acquired by a new Broker, is under New Management, and is called APM Property Management now. As the new owner, I was not aware of these bad experiences you described. I assure you that these types of things will not happen and have not happened in some time. I notice your post was written in 2016, I've been with this company since August of 2017 and after reviewing all of our accounts, clients, and books there aren't any other negative experiences that match what you describe.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Unethical and possibly illegal business practices. This company straight up STOLE by withholding almost $600 of my security deposit after move out. I was cleared on the final inspection THEIR FINAL INSPECTION FORM. I have the MIMO (move in/move out form from the board of Realtors) showing I will get my complete deposit back. Called Kathy Lohr thinking I just have to explain the obvious and she blew me off, now I'm suing her. Yelpers, I'm a very calm and patient guy, I didn't go off on her. If Kathy was an honest person, she would have totally saw the mistake or at least look at their document that says I get my entire deposit back and just corrected the obvious mistake and sent me the rest of my deposit. But, she acted in such a way that indicates absolute deception. I suspect it is a standard business practice to steal at least partial security deposits. They probably do this all the time because most people won't sue. I did. Prior to the thieving, my phone calls and emails on other matters to Kathy (the boss) and her employees were rather unpleasant. Basically, their position is they think they are superior. They are condescending, RUDE, dismissive and suspicious, always. If you wanted to be treated like a stupid child and your mother hates you, you will love this company. Even if your desperate, as a potential tenant, try not to do business with this company. If you are a landlord, avoid this company - if they steal from tenants, I'm confident they are probably stealing from the landlords as well. Fake repairs, etc. IF YOU ARE CURRENT LANDLORD AND USE THIS COMPANY- I highly recommend you get out of your contract and find another PMC. I am a landlord as well, about 20 years ago I had a management company that was stealing from me (I have 4 properties, 9 units total). This company exhibits all the same signs. Fortunately, I caught the problem early thanks to an honest employee and only lost about $2600 in the whole ugly situation. I got off relatively cheap because I moved fast and got out quick. I recommend you learn from my bad experience and take your business elsewhere. AVOID - POSSIBLE CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR.
