First off, let me just say the owner (Tony) is a racist bigot. He only hires white males as well, which he is very vocal about and isn't afraid to use the "N" word without hesitation. That aside, face to face customer service is non existant. My first experience with "ordering" some t-shirts was horrible. I had called during business hours and got no answer(for days mind you). Out of frustration, I looked up their site (which is ridiculously hard to navigate) and found their address. Upon reaching there, I was greeted by an unattended desk for 30 minutes. I gave up and left. The next day I tried this AGAIN.. and AGAIN I was greeted by an unattended front desk. This time I ventured around the corner to which by surprise was someone using a computer? Luckily they stopped what they were doing to help me. I asked him if the desk was just "for show" or if anyone actually works there, he had no reply for me. He then left to get the owner to which my surprise, looked completely unprofessional. He then took me on a tour of his facilities and during conversation he made the comment "No women working here, no problems." I'm sure I'm paraphrasing, but I was so shocked that anyone would say such a thing to a complete stranger. After further investigation, I found this to be a popular theme with this company amongst the community. People like this should not be allowed to do business.

Every print job from TProductions has been outstanding! The art department has been extremely helpful and creative. The quality of the screen printing is first class - no thick layers of ink - just pure quality and attention to detail on every job, large or small! They are a busy shop, so I find their web site to be easy to navigate - everything you need to quote a job, place and track your order and pay for your order is right there. As for customer service - call backs are quick - details are easy to work out - and staff is generally very helpful. They make us look good in our customer's eyes - with quality product and on-time delivery. Needless to say, we highly recommend T Productions Inc.!

Placed a small 80 shirt order. The art designer was amazing to work with. She took my idea and turned it into a shirt that our group loved. The entire process was smooth, fast (only took 1 week from initial contact to delivery of product), and affordable. Would definitely do business with again!!!!
