We did email back in January letting the customer know that the product they ordered is the only product we do not make in house and that we could not get it from our supplier. We asked if they wanted to wait for a restock or if they wanted a refund. We didn't hear back from the customer until this review. We have issued a full refund to the customer.

Ordered products about 7 months ago and never heard from an actual person. I emailed to ask for an estimate for project completion and never received a response except an automated message from the company saying they had too many emails to respond to. I am willing to be understanding about covid, high demand and other logistical issues but according to thier own website, they haven't even so much as reviewed my order yet. If there was some sort of catastrophic reason they couldn't complete the order on time, any kind of communication would have sufficed.
Very nice people, family owned, but never responds to multiple emails or calls. Impossible to get ahold of anyone. Not sure why they don't just hire a few account managers. Unfortunately I'm probably going to have to go to someone else, which I don't want to do. These guys were my #1 choice after a ton of research, I had $10k in hand to drop on a first order. I can tell the quality would be good, but everytime I email they just send an auto response and then never reply, or if they do reply its a week+ later. I was trying to dialogue to nail down custom product specs, but like I said my emails were either ignored or took a week to respond to. I really, really wanted to work with them for some big orders but it seems like they've scaled too fast and just aren't ready for it. Hire some people to manage the desk or respond to emails guys. If you had a dedicated account manager who would call a prospective client immediately on request and take down order information or answer questions, I would have gone with you since I had money in hand. If they do respond to my emails ever, I will still place a smaller order to compare it against my new supplier, and I'll update this review to be more positive if it goes well with SPOD.

Amazing work on my cards and amazing price. They're a small business and have a ton of orders coming in every day so you'll need to be patient but it's worth it.
Good cards at a good price. Yes communication could be better and the website for order tracking could be more accurate. But over all a great experience for me. I will order from them again.

Unfortunately, after years of using them I'm moving on ... they have good prices, but it comes at the cost of consistently late and clearly-rushed orders, ignored questions, and rude emails. They aren't worth the work of actually getting your order!
