Tried to get a milkshake without the pump liquid sugar of Davinci Vanilla because icecream has enough sugar already and was told it "was part of the formula," and it could not be made without it. I have gotten it there before without it. He said I could have a refund which was cool, but it doesn't make sense, milk shake should be made how customer wants and formula should not be imposed.

Ann Marie (the cashier) was rude to every customer in line. She clearly does not know how to handle a busy time in the store. She did not smile once at the people ordering and she acted like everyone's order was an inconvenience. Also, the creamery was not doing milkshakes for some reason, which is odd considering they have multiple blenders.

If Brandon in Howling Cow spent half as much time doing his job as he did lording it over coworkers and policing people in the store, then maybe he would not have taken 27 minutes (!!!) to get me an ice cream cone that was a puddle of dripping cream.
